ALEXANE LECLERC

Acro Bike | France

Alexane Leclerc transforms the everyday bicycle into an artistic prop. As the vice champion of France and a top-ten finisher at the 2023 Indoor Cycling World Championships, she combines athletic excellence with artistic expression. On stage – including performances with Cirque du Soleil – she captivates audiences with balance, body control, and playful lightness on two wheels.

ANNI KÜPPER

Jonglage | Germany

Anni Küpper is considered one of the world’s leading female jugglers and is an award-winning circus artist. Her innovative club manipulation combines outstanding technique with performative concepts. In high international demand, she tours both solo and with renowned companies such as The 7 Fingers, and also works as a coach and dramaturge for juggling.

DANIEL SIMU

Acrobot | Netherlands

With a strong spirit of experimentation, Daniel Simu combines different forms of expression and disciplines into playful, interactive projects. His acrobatic robot act is an impressive example of how he transcends the boundaries of classical circus, and in 2016 it earned him a gold medal at the Dutch Juggling Championships.

DUO UP'N'DOWN

Chinese pole, hand to hand, dance trapeze | France, Switzerland

Laurine Dumora and Dimitri Terribilini captivate audiences with spectacular acrobatics and effortless flight on the Chinese pole. Trained at the renowned circus school in Quebec, the duo has been touring internationally since 2022. In 2024, they received the Audience Award of the Newcomer Show at the Krystallpalast Varieté Leipzig, and they are now once again enchanting Leipzig audiences with their artistry.

ESTHER VAN DE LAGEMAAT

Lasso, aerial straps | Netherlands

Esther, born in the United States and now based in the Netherlands, combines science with artistry. After completing her studies in chemistry and mathematics, she was drawn to the stage: powerful on the straps or elegant with the lasso, she demonstrates with precision, expression, and passion that a lasso can captivate even without a cowboy hat.

FENJA BARTELDRES

Roue Cyr | Germany

Fenja Barteldres – awarded the Cirque du Soleil Prize at the 2024 International Young Stage Festival – weaves dance, theatre, and acrobatics into a poetic whole in her Cyr wheel performance. Formerly a gymnast, she found her creative home in contemporary circus at the age of 13. For her, the Cyr wheel is more than a prop – it is a familiar companion with which she enters into a captivating dialogue.

Aerial straps | Netherlands

Helena Jans discovered her passion for circus at an early age and developed into an expressive aerial straps artist. She tells emotional stories that leave a lasting impression on the audience. Today, she can be seen on variety stages, at international festivals, and now also at the Krystallpalast Varieté – together with her unusual stage partner, the skeleton.

JOCHEN SCHELL

Spinning top | Germany

Jochen Schell, an avant-garde juggler and aesthete, creates fascinating imagery with whirling spinning tops and balls. Inspired by Japanese spinning-top artist Koma Zuru and ball artist King Repp, he developed acts that are unique worldwide. With poetic precision, he brings inanimate objects to life and produces a kind of magic that captivates both audience and spinning tops alike. His exceptional artistry has earned him multiple awards.

NICOLÁS NIETO TEUSA

Pendular Hoop | Columbia

Nicolás began his artistic career with freerunning and parkour – disciplines that shaped his impressive body control and dynamism. With an innovative perspective, he developed classical hoop diving into the modern pendular hoop. In 2025, he was honored for his exceptional artistry at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Paris and also received the Golden Star of the Young Stage Circus Festival in Basel.
